For nails and beauty
A deposit should not have to be chased through DMs
You already take deposits. The problem is collecting them: send the bank details privately, wait for the screenshot, dig it out of twenty conversations and remember who paid. Here the client books, transfers, uploads the receipt, and you approve it with the image in front of you.
Free for 30 days, no card. Then USD 25 a month, flat. It never renews on its own.

Two hours and half an hour on one day, each published at its own length.
What happens before anyone sits down
None of it happens while you are working. It happens on your phone.
The screenshot lost in the DMs
The receipt arrives mixed in with twenty other messages. Afterwards you cannot tell whether that client paid, or whether it was for this Friday or the last one, so you ask again.
Two hours nobody turned up for
A full set is two hours of your day. If she does not come and left no deposit, that Friday afternoon is not going to sell.
“Any space?”, forty times
All day answering the same question with your hands full, and the one who asked at ten has booked somewhere else by eleven.
What gets the phone out of your hand
Starting with the deposit, which eats the most time.
Deposit and receipt, in one place
Set the amount, the currency and your transfer details. The client uploads the screenshot to the booking and you approve or reject it with the image in front of you. The booking is marked as paid and there is nothing to hunt for in the DMs.
Two hours or half an hour
Every slot you publish is one appointment at the length you gave it. A full set takes 10:00 to 11:30 and an infill 15:45 to 16:15, with no hourly grid to fight.
The one who wants a full Friday
She joins the list anyway. If somebody cancels, the freed slot is emailed to the first few in the queue — up to five at once — and held for them for half an hour: the first to take it keeps it, and only if none of them does it go back on the public list.
The email the day before
It goes out on its own the day before, with the day and the time. It is what makes asking for the deposit once enough.
The one who turns up unannounced
You add her by name and she is filed at the time she arrived. If it is going to take two hours, you close that stretch from the panel and those hours stop being offered.
How it works
Three steps, and the middle one is no longer yours.
- 1
Your dashboard
Publish your hours
Set your week once: which days you work and at what hours, how long an appointment lasts and the break you want between them, and your hours are split into times clients can book. Services can each have their own length. Then add the one-off dates and the days you are closed.

What your client sees
Your clients book themselves
At any hour, from their own account. They pick a slot that is open and the booking is taken then and there, with the day and the time in their own list. Two people cannot end up with the same slot: the database refuses the second booking outright, rather than leaving you to catch it afterwards.

Your dashboard
You collect the deposit and the calendar fills
If you ask for a deposit, the client transfers the money and uploads the receipt, and the deposit is settled once you approve it from your dashboard. A reminder goes out the day before and, if someone cancels, the waitlist hears about it by email.
The first thing we are asked
“Does the money go through you?”
No. The client transfers the deposit to your account, using your details and your instructions, and it arrives whole. The app takes no commission per booking or per deposit: all it does is show you the receipt so you can approve or reject it, and mark the booking as paid. What you pay is the monthly subscription, and nothing else.

Common questions
What people ask before they start.
What if the receipt she uploads is not real?
You see it before you approve it: the image opens in your dashboard and you approve or reject it yourself. The app does not check a transfer against a bank, because it has no way to. What you have is the image and your own judgement, and until you approve it the booking stays marked deposit pending.
Can she book first and transfer afterwards?
Yes, and it is worth knowing: the slot is held the moment she books, and the receipt goes up when she transfers. The app cancels nothing over a missing deposit. If your rule is “no deposit within 24 hours and it goes”, you enforce it by cancelling, and the hour returns to the list at once -- or is emailed to whoever was waiting on that day, if anybody was.
If she cancels in good time, how do I refund the deposit?
You transfer it back yourself, the same way you took it: the money never passed through the app, so there is nothing to refund on this side. The rule — how many hours’ notice, how much comes back — goes in your service description, which is what she reads before booking.
Do my clients need an account?
That is up to you. Switch guest booking on — it arrives switched off — and a name and an email are enough: no account, no password, the booking is confirmed by email, and that same link is how they cancel. Leave it off and the client creates an account with a confirmed email address, and in exchange sees all their bookings in one place and cancels the ones they cannot make. Either way, they get the reminder by email the day before.
How do deposits work?
You decide whether to ask for a deposit, how much, and in which currency, and you write the transfer instructions your clients see. They transfer the money and upload the receipt; you look at it and approve or reject it from your dashboard. Until you approve it, the receipt shows as pending.
What happens when someone cancels?
Your dashboard updates without a reload. If nobody is waiting on that day, the slot goes back on the public list immediately. If people are queued, the freed slot is emailed to the first few of them and held for half an hour: for that stretch it is offered to nobody else, and the first of them to take it keeps it. If none of them does, it goes back on the public list.
Can I plug it into my website or my calendar?
Yes. There is a widget to paste into your page, so clients book without leaving your site, and an ICS feed you subscribe to from Google Calendar, Outlook or your phone. The feed is read-only: appointments flow into your calendar, but what you put in Google does not block hours here.
Does it work if I also see people without a booking?
Yes. Whoever turns up unbooked you enter by hand, with a name and no account, and they are filed at the time they arrived. And if you want air between two appointments, set a break between appointments in your schedule, and those minutes never reach whoever is booking.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 days are free, with everything included and no card. After that it is a flat monthly subscription: the same price whether you take ten appointments or two hundred, with no commission per booking or per deposit. If you decide not to continue, nothing is charged and your data stays where it is.
