El servicio

BookClock permite a profesionales y comercios publicar sus horarios y recibir reservas, y a sus clientes reservar, cancelar y recibir recordatorios. Podemos mejorar, cambiar o discontinuar funciones con aviso razonable.

Cuentas y uso aceptable

Sos responsable de la información que cargás y de lo que se haga con tu cuenta. No podés usar BookClock para actividades ilegales, para enviar spam ni para interferir con el servicio.

Los profesionales y comercios son responsables de los turnos que ofrecen, de la relación con sus clientes y de cumplir las leyes aplicables, incluidas las de protección de datos respecto de sus clientes.

Planes y pagos

En bookclock.app las suscripciones se pagan por adelantado por períodos de 30 días. En la app de Shopify, los planes, pruebas gratuitas y cobros los gestiona Shopify y se facturan en la factura de Shopify del comercio, que puede cambiar o cancelar su plan en cualquier momento desde la app.

Sin un plan activo el servicio deja de tomar reservas nuevas; los datos cargados se conservan según la política de privacidad.

Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Hacemos lo posible para que el servicio funcione de forma continua, pero se presta "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida que la ley lo permita, BookClock no responde por daños indirectos ni por turnos perdidos o mal registrados.

Baja

Podés dejar de usar el servicio cuando quieras; en Shopify, desinstalando la app. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.

The service

BookClock lets professionals and businesses publish their availability and take bookings, and lets their customers book, cancel and receive reminders. We may improve, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the information you enter and for what is done with your account. You may not use BookClock for unlawful activity, to send spam or to interfere with the service.

Professionals and businesses are responsible for the appointments they offer, for their relationship with their customers and for complying with applicable law, including data protection law regarding their customers.

Plans and payment

On bookclock.app, subscriptions are paid in advance for 30-day periods. In the Shopify app, plans, free trials and charges are handled by Shopify and billed on the merchant’s Shopify bill; the merchant can change or cancel their plan at any time from the app.

Without an active plan the service stops taking new bookings; existing data is kept as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BookClock is not liable for indirect damages or for missed or incorrectly recorded appointments.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time; on Shopify, by uninstalling the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
